Vienna Stay Apartments

Had an extremely bad experience with the place. During booking a cleaning fee was hidden all the way, the price called "total" was not total at all as it excluded the cleaning fee. You only notified of this fee at the very end in the small font and the TOTAL price still does not include this fee. For us the fee was 60EUR for two nights. When I complained about the manipulative UX the property refused to waive the fee. I later found reviews from two years back containing the same complain. Apparently they are aware of people not seeing it and they want it this way. Sad and not ethical. We ended up not staying there, I instead booked another apartment nearby via Airbnb which was cheaper and with all the fees shown very clearly in one place and with TOTAL that reflected the real total amount I had to pay.
