Dear Julia, Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, after your attempt to blackmail us and demand to refund several hundred euro threatening to leave a bad review otherwise, we expected this one. :) First of all, NO, the reviews you find here are NOT from our friends and collegues only, as you say. Ok, maybe not 100 % true, because we become with most our customers friends after we work with them. As a fact, you don't know our friends at all and it is a very unfair thing to say or even guess so. We are truly sorry that you did not appreciate our work. We performed our photography service according to package you booked and undoubtedly covered ALL the highlights on the wedding. We did not force you in any way to book our services, it was your decision based on viewing our portfolio. The images delivered correspond our portfolio and equivalent to the quality we deliver all our customers. About the 1/3 deleted pictures... yes, this is completely our fault. As you mentioned for a few times that you are being very self-consious about the way you usually look on the pictures and the height difference with your husband, we wanted to do you a favour and hand over (well retouched and worked on) approximately a third more pictures than we promised, well knowing there are many almost duplicates but also knowing that it means you have more choice. It was our complimentary service and we actually considered it as pleasant bonus for you. Even when you blackmailed us, we still wanted to fix the situation and offered you discount on our photobook. You did not accept that. We are afraid there is nothing much to be said here. The images speak louder than words. So, for all review readers who are curious about the pictures from this (for us, nice wedding until the shocking emails and reviews), you can find them in portfolio under 'Hochzeit am Weingut am Reisenberg' on our homepage.
